Why Did A Reported Review Remain Published?
We rely on our members - owners and travelers alike - to help us identify problems.
If a review that you report contains illegal content, violates our guidelines Community Standards & Guidelines or we determine there is something improper about it, we will remove the review and notify you of our decision. However, simply disagreeing with the content of the review is not sufficient to justify removing the review. Tripadvisor does not arbitrate or referee factual disputes.
For EU residents, if you think we have made a mistake in our decision to keep content published, you have the right to submit an appeal. Further detail on our appeals process and other redress possibilities can be found here.
For business owners:
We recognize that there are two sides to every story and we want members to hear yours. If you have not already done so, we recommend that you submit a response to this review. Your response will appear right underneath the review, so travelers can read both perspectives.
To ensure that your response will be posted, please read through our management response guidelines before writing it and check out some tips and FAQs.
