Thank you very much for your recent stay with us. We are glad to read that you enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the island, the snorkelling in our house reef, the food quality, cocktails and massage. I am terribly sorry to hear that you didn’t liked the interior of our villas, flower decoration and felt that the mattress was uncomfortable. We usually don’t offer any buffet in the resort, as we prefer the food to be freshly cooked upon order. However, during the high season some of the breakfast items (Fruits selection, Healthy Juices, Homemade yoghurts, cereals, and homemade bakery items) are offered on a small buffet, but most of the dishes remained cooked upon order from the kitchen (all Eggs dishes, Pancakes, French toast, waffles, Local curries, Asian dishes, Avocado toast, Pumpernickel Hummus toast, Acai berry bowl, and multiple signature COMO Shambhala dishes). Please accept my sincere apologies if the communication was not proactive regarding the pre-booked activities, and rest assured that this shortfall has been addressed with the team directly.
