Wir kommen seit 15 Jahren ins Mont Paisible und sind einmal mehr sehr zufrieden. Vor allem die Leitung unter Monsieurs Alexandre ist speziell gut geführt! Die Küche mit Monsieur Thibault excellence. Das Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht ins Valais und die Nähe zu den Bahnen ins Skigebiet runden den perfekten Aufenthalt ab!

Kein Parkmöglichkeit für unser Auto (Silvester). Im gebuchten Zimmer stank es nach Rauch und es war sehr kalt. Nach Reklamation haben wir aber ein anderes, renoviertes Zimmer erhalten, welches auch unseren Erwartungen (Preis-Leistungsverhältnis) entsprach.
Die Speisekarte ist äusserst bescheiden (5 oder 6 Hauptmahlzeiten). Die Portion des Risottos war sehr klein.
Leider gibt es auch keine Information in deutsch. Speisekarte, Gästeinfo etc alles in französischer oder englischer Sprache.
Das Personal ist aber äusserst nett und bemüht, alle Wünsche und Anregungen zu erfüllen.

According to the car park we already have one to welcome our guest, what some hotels don't have here in Crans. As we also wlecome outdoors guest it, indeed, sometimes happen that the parking is full, like any other in the station even the public ones.
Regarding to the bedroom, all of our bedrooms are initially non smoking bedrooms but sometimes the guest don't respect the rules and we do our best for the next guest not to feel it. Unfortunatly you could.
According to the category, it was the one you had booked for. Then we are pleased that the new room fitted you for the rate because you were upgrated from two categories of bedrooms.
Unfortunatly, new years eve meal didn't suit you, we are sorry of it and that you didn't eat enough, cause the portions were almost big. Our card and informations were in translation in dutch, all the informations are accessible in french, english, dutch and italian.
Thank you to notice that the staff did their best for you as for anybody.

Das Hotel scheint von aussen eher in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Beim betreten sieht man, dass im Innern renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer sind noch schöner. Wir waren mit DeinDeal dort und im Deal war ein 4 Gang Menü inklusiv. Beim Nachtessen war jedoch nur 3 Gang Menü aufgetischt und in der Menükarte ersichtlich. Auf unsere Reklamation haben wir eine Gurkenscheibe mit Parfait und einem Pommechips (amuse bouche) erhalten. Der drei Gänger war zudem auch sehr unsausgewogen. Salat als Vorspeise und anschliessend Rindsfleich auf Ruccola! Das Essen an und für sich war jedoch sehr fein.

First of all the whole team joins me to thank you for sharing your feeback. That is right that the hotel is a little bit out of time but it is the charm of the place and makes the spirit of the hotel out of time and out of town.
According to the restaurant I am sorry that I was not informed immediatly about your complain (and that the menu didn't suit you) but only after your stay otherwise we should have fixed it immediatly, never hesitate to ask for the manager.
It will be a pleasure to welcome you for an other stay and make you (re)discover the whole card and fresh daily menus of the restaurant.

Schönes grosses Zimmer, super leckeres Abendessen und ganz nahe an der Skistation (inkl. Parkplatz). Sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel wieder wählen.

Sehr netter Service. Rundum zufrieden. Frühstück war hervorragend mit ein grossen Auswahl an Käse und Schinken. Die Sicht aus dem Restaurant ist einmalig. Nicht weit entfernt vom Stadtkern von Crans Montana.
