Knowing the time it takes to write a review, I am so very thankful for your sharing such a detailed review of your time with us. The honour of stating Le Grand Bellevue as your favourite hotel against such competition is humbling, thank you.
I appreciate how you mention our Michelin Star. We try to not overly promote this as most important to us is the delivery of wonderful food irrespective of any award or status. Your appreciation is a real reward for us, and I am delighted that we were able to inspire and content your palate.
You may also be amused to know that despite the Spa being wonderful before, we have further renovated the whole spa, including many new facilities. We do hope you shall return soon to try them again!
Your whole review paints a lovely picture of the hotel, and I only hope we shall live up to all expectations!
In the meantime we do hope you are well and do come and visit us again soon!
