I am very sorry to hear that our services were not up to your expectations.
At the Spa, indeed we do not provide fruits but we do provide infused water for our guests.
I apologize if you did not like the dishes in our Menu, even if we also provide a selection of dishes “à la carte” that you might have tried. I am glad to hear that you liked the dessert though.
I am surprised you felt our staff disinterested: we give a great importance to please our guests regardless of the season, and it is not the kind of comments we usually hear. I invite you to come back to the Hotel de Rougemont & Spa at another time convenient to you and re-evaluate our service and our staff, who have always been motivated, smiling and listening to the needs of our customers.
