Wir waren vom 21.11. bis 28.11.2018 im Hotel. Die Hotelanlage ist neu renoviert. Alles ist sehr sauber.Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.Wer hier Urlaub macht sollte Englischkenntnisse haben.Vom Hotel wurde jeden Tag ein kostenloser Shuttle 4 x nach Phapos angeboten, das klappte

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Louis Paphos Breeze resort. We are very sorry to see that we did not meet your expectations while staying with us. Please accept our apologies for failing to satisfy you. With regards to your comments about the location and the beach, kindly note that all relevant information is communicated in all websites and online brochures and we truly feel sorry you were note made aware. With regards to the issue with the ants etc in the room we are aware of the same and special fumigation will take place now that the hotel is closed to avoid similar issues in the new season . As a resort we really care about our guests safety, nevertheless this is why we provide as an extra facilities in the rooms free of charge a safe box for our guests to place in valuable things they wish. Also if the issue with the door not closing properly was mention before the incident to the reception desk or the management this could have been arranged /fixed on the spot from our maintenance team. We are also very surprised to hear that you were not satisfied with our culinary offerings as usually we receive raving comments about the same, your comments though are much appreciated and will be past over to our chef and the team for further improvements. On a happier note were are glad to read that you have enjoyed our wine and cocktails offerings along with your experience with the Greek cuisine at our theme restaurant Meze by Elliniko. Your comments about the entertainment are much appreciated and will be taken under consideration for changes /improvements for the new season. Also we would like to apologize for the unforeseen situation that happen to the gym room due to technical issues and unexpected bad weather conditions, which forced us to moved the gym equipment in the indoor pool area. This was done for our guests comfort and could still use the gym. We sincerely hope that you will one day return back to the Louis Paphos Breeze resort as we would love to have the opportunity to try and reverse your opinion about us and offering you a better holiday. On the other hand Louis Hotels have many other hotels in Cyprus and Greece so perhaps you will find another Louis Hotel that would probably meet your expectations. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider haben wir Zimmer Nr. 73. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Stromkasten und dieser macht extrem Lärm während der Nacht. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber leider ohne Reaktion. Schade.

On the other regarding the information given to reception about the noise from outside your room we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.Nevertheless the maintenance department was informed and investigated the room and the outside areas and we found the only noise was from the extractor fan from the bathroom, This was immediately dealt with and fixed. Is there a shop on site so you can buy lilos for the pool?
No on site but a small shop a few hundred yards away. Come out the front of the hotel and turn right. Also a little bar within walking distance.
