Hotel liegt ca. 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Sitges entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool, leider nicht auf Meer und Stadt. Es ist relativ gross, der Weg zu unserem Zimmer war von der Rezeption aus ziemlich weit. Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Bett groß und bequem.

On the other hand, we regret the challenges you had with regards to the cleanliness of the exterior area (pool surroundings) and we apologize for them. Despite we would like to thank you for trusting Dolce Sitges for this new stay as well as for reflecting in Tripadvisor your feelings around your experience as our Guest and your evaluation honouring our Hotel in this new occasion, we regret not having reached your expectations and past experiences in providing the service levels required in our Restaurants, Pools and Housekeeping and we sincerely apology for it, since it is very far away from the feelings we would like you experiment at our property! We will logically proceed to review your detailed notes with the different Teams involved (Restaurants, Pools and Housekeeping) in order to understand the reasons behind them, analyze them and take appropriate measures for present and the future. We would also like to take a moment to inform you that some of the notes regarding Restaurants and Pools are linked to two very rainy weeks in which weather forecast made our work quite complicated, but this is not an excuse for not having properly anticipated the needs of our Guests as you clearly raise. Also, we would like to inform you that we have noted your comments on the need of refurbishment in our upcoming investment plans, so your opinion is not only valuable but it will also be accounted for the projects. And finally, we would like to share with you our discrepancy with regards to your opinion that we are benefiting one type of Client (Conferences/Meetings) against the rest (Corporate Traveler and Individual Visitors): this property receives largely over 40,000 Guests on a yearly basis plus other 7,500 visitors for other reasons, with 33% of them linked to conferences and meetings, 2% to corporate business in the area and 65% for vacation and leisure purposes, so you can clearly imagine that the focus for all of us is to deliver each one of every Client/Customer/Guest we have the experience that every particular person is looking for, no matter the reason why is lodging or enjoying our facilities. Certainly, we can and we must improve the experiences we provide in order to reach each one’s expectation and we are engaged in such process thanks to like the quality assurance programs we have in place and the comments and mentions that we receive, like you have done. Again, we thank you for this new stay and for sharing your comments with other future visitors and we regret the negative perceptions on this occasion that we expect to change in your next visit, very soon and in a complete positive way, to welcoming you again at Dolce Sitges. Es ist sehr dreckig ... Staub Büschel lagen in der Ecke und chipskrümel auf der kleinen Bank die allerdings auch sehr dreckig ! Der chipskrümel und der Staub lagen 3 Tage unberührt da. An der Pool Baar kostet der Burger 15€ ohne Pommes ... Im Lounge Bericht 15€ allerdings mit

When you get off the Monbus from the airport there is a taxi rank about 50m down the hill on the right It's a 10 min taxi ride and shouldn't be at all expensive The hotel runs a shuttle bus but I don't know of a bus that goes all the way The L2 runs along the sea front but I've no idea if it runs all the way Honestly....you will be exhausted and hot....I would grab a taxi!!!

The Hotel is not in dowtown Sitges, therefore there is nothing in walking distance. You have to take your car or a taxi.
