Hi, I am trying to arrange transfers to and from this resort without any luck. It says on their website that they can arrange transport to and from Surat Thani and Krabi. Do you know if they still do this? I have contacted the hotel but they have not replied.

Also how difficult do you think it would be to actually drive to and from this hotel in a hire car? Not sure if there will be enough road signs in English!
