Horrible experience (or lack of one) with this company. Arrived for our tour only to find the office looking very closed but no signs on the door or windows. We then went over to the Twizel information centre where we were told that this company has actually shut for the winter and we were not the only ones that have been stood up in the last few weeks! They allowed us to make a booking online in June and sent us a confirmation email but were unable to make any form of contact regarding their unexpected shutdown and cancellation of our trip. The lovely lady at the information centre even tried calling all of their contact numbers with no answer. I recommend that if your visiting the area, you don’t make your plans around taking a tour with this company.

It was awesome to try overcraft! The driver was very nice and he told us a lot of interesting thinks about the pukaki lake and the mount cook. The view was just amazing and we also could walk a little bit on a small island in the middle of the lake. Very nice! I recommend!

Thanks Alan for your review. Happy we could enlighten you with our interesting facts based around Lake Pukaki and Aoraki Mount Cook. Morgans Island is a treat to walk around!

去的时候赶上天气非常好，能清楚地看到库克山，气垫船在湖上行驶时，飞溅的水花映射出彩虹，太棒了！虽然里面会有些闷，但开一段时间工作人员会打开门停下里让你拍照。驾驶员只会讲英语，如果有人懂简单的英语，会更好玩一些。推荐~

We had a great time and would highly recommend this more gentle cruising activity on Lake Pukaki. We had plenty of opportunity to stop and take amazing pictures of Mt Cook.
Our guide and driver were extremely knowledgable about the area and history. Great value too!

テカポ湖の方が有名ですが、個人的にはコバルトブルーのプカキ湖の方がとても綺麗でした！ ツアーに参加するとボートの中からまた違った景色を楽しめますのでとてもオススメです。ツアーのガイドさんもとてもフレンドリーでした。

Venturing out on the Hovercraft on magnificent Pukaki wouldn't go wrong; it gives you another experience to see the Mt.Cook differently, I mean far better. Dave, skillful captain and Ben, friendly assistant know how to welcome and entertain the guests sincerely and genuinely while dazzling us with the whole new onboard experience with the 360-degree panoramic view. Occasional unpredictable moves of the vehicle added a bit of good thrill.
I wish I could have another opportunity to explore the secrecy behind the natural beauty in the morning or afternoon cruise. I am convinced that this is the money well-spent activity. Welldone team

Had an amazing time with H2 Explore today. Cant wait to brag to all my friends that I've been on a hovercraft. It was raining and overcast but they still took us out and although we couldnt see Mount Cook the Lake was incredible. The crew were knowledgeable and friendly. Very reasonably priced and to be honest the only reason we came to Twizel was to do this tour. All enclosed vessel so we didnt get wet at all not like we would have done on a jet boat today. Very cool experience and will be doing it again when we come back.

Loved every minute of it! Absolutely beautiful views of Aoraki/Mt Cook and Lake Pukaki was incredible. Such a unique experience, haven't been on anything like a hovercraft! So exciting and great crew too 😊.

We went out on a trip with H2 Explore as a work trip. December is a busy time of year for our business and being able to get out on the hovercraft was a great way to bond as a group. Lots of laughs and a thrilling experience. Would HIGHLY recommend.

how many people do you take at a time?

At one time our craft can take up to 6 passengers. For larger groups we provide a split trip.
