Our confirmation time was different then the time we booked. The pick up location was not accurate. It was suppose to be at a hotel and instead was on next street. The tour guide was very rude, not professional in getting her group together. The overall tour was underwhelming. Not worth the money!!! Our tour guide guided us with a black umbrella which was very hard to see at night. Did not give us enough time. While we were looking she kept walking and we lost her many times. We did the tour on our own. Others, from the bus tour were complaining they were lost too. We managed to find our way back and meet up with them. It was all a big panik. A big rush to take us back to the city. Some of her facts during the tour were not correct. Please dont waste your money for this tour. Not worth it.

I'm surprised that TripAdvisor is advertising this and it is an elaborate scam. My family of five showed up in the said meeting place and nobody showed up. We have phone records of when and how many times we've called and no one answered. They'll pretend that they have someone waiting for you and they don't! We got scammed..please stay away. We need to report this scammers.

We had an amazing experience even tho it rained the whole time it was worth ever second our guide George ( not his name but said its what it is in English lol) was absolutely awsome so friendly knew absolutely everything to know about everything I was o impressed he was funny too made us laugh ..... the driver was also very welcoming and friendly the tour itself was great saw lots and took lots of photos.....would definitely recommend 😀 thankyou

One day tour of Niagara Fall with my family was amazing. Captain RON, our tour guide was the cherry on the cake. My family and I learnt the histories of each site we went.

The experience was great. Excellent service! Pick up at the hotel was on time. Cute Emily is just the best guide you can get. Really friendly. Great advice on each stop and you can have time for personal photos!!

The Spanish speaking your done by Interviajes, led by lucas was the best tour I have been on.
Lucas and Marcelo were energetic, knowledgeable and entertaining. The ride to DC did not seem long.
Lucas provided a great atmosphere.
The only area of improvement would be to include visiting the unknown soldier area.
Overall it was excellent.

Es un tour que no puede faltar en tu visita a la ciudad. Tuvimos la suerte de tener un guía cordobés (Gonzalo Demaria) de Bilscard Tour que era excelente y muy piola

Jorge was our guide and Enrique the tour bus driver, they both did an outstanding job. The tour was organised well, and enjoyable.

Excellently led tour by two bilingual young women - Yvette was knowledgeable.
Coach disappointing with little leg room, no Wi-Fi (although advertised) and an appalling on board toilet - no sanitiser let alone hand wash facility . Two stops on the way up both at good locations with spotless facilities and a range of eating choices. The Falls were absolutely amazing though around 2 hours was lost due to inconsiderate Spanish speaking travellers who decided not to do as asked and meet at the designated time and place. Several laps around key areas and many frantic phone calls to them eventually got them picked up though this meant time at leisure was cut short and the visit to the museum had to be omitted completely. The group also managed to extend a comfort break and leg stretch by a further 10 minutes thus adding more frustration.
This being said this is a very good tour and reasonably priced compared to other options of flying,car hire and overnight stays etc.
