Not so great experience shopping at 3Bike. I was looking to buy a pair of SwissSide wheels during my holiday to Zurich. Peter was initially very responsive to emails and suggested that I order the wheels as soon as possible as it takes time to arrive. After placing my order and payment, I realised it was cheaper to buy it from SwissSide directly. I emailed Peter within 30 minutes of placing my order with him to cancel the transaction. The emails went unanswered. After multiple emails and phone calls, Peter replied that it was not possible to cancel or return the item. SwissSide allows for returns within 30-days, therefore I was shocked that he did not allow it, despite being a SwissSide authorised dealer.
I had no choice but to go through with the purchase. On the day of collection, Peter had discarded the card board packaging, despite my reminders that I'll need to bring it back on the plane. He managed to put it in some other card board box that was in the store. I had clearly requested for the traveller tax refund form, which I needed to get from the store. He said he was doesn't have it, and I just needed to show my receipt at the airport customs to get the refund. I followed his instructions, and the customs officer was surprised that the shop didn't issue me any other forms for tax claims. After I had reached back to my home country, Peter said I needed to physically get the form signed and stamped at his shop to get the tax refund!! As such, I was not able to claim any sort of traveller tax refund.
It has been a painful and disappointing experience dealing with 3Bike. However, the product itself is fine. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go through this painful ordeal.

Perfect Service. Bike was setup to my measures. They gave me some good advise about cycling tours around Zurich.
