With his encyclopaedic knowledge of Swiss and world wines, his accreditation as a world heritage guide and his relationships with the region’s best wine growers and food creators, Marc ensured unprecedented access to the finest food and wine in the area and truly surpassed our expectations.

After a delightful walk through the summer vines, we ended our tour with a long lunch and tasting menu with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Marc expertly hosted the lunch, impressing us with absolutely sensational pairings, paying attention to every detail, having had to accommodate various food intolerances.
