We did the full day sail and had an amazing time. One of the best adventures we had while on St. Kitts. Crew was friendly and helpful. Catamaran was clean and comfortable. Food at Nevus was terrific and the rum punch was top notch. Would definitely recommend the trip.

We went out as a family of 6 with 2 small children, and there was a another couple and another family.
The crew had their eyes everywhere and we were very well looked after.
Caona was the perfect size, and the team were fabulous/faultless.
I highly recommend this boat and this trip.

We had a whole family onboard (ages 16-85) for a 3 hour sail. The captain and crew were incredibly helpful and funny over the course of whole afternoon. We anchored in a cove on St Kitts, where the crew were very patient in helping our 85 yr old matriarch climb down in the water for a swim, as well as our 16 yr old nephew snorkel for the first time. As well, they kept the beverages flowing at whatever pace we asked of them. Great experience all in all.

We did the half day trip on the catamaran. The boat was great and the staff were top notch. Beautiful day along the coast of St Kitts

Leeward Islands Charters was the highlight of our trip to St. Kitts! We had a 6 hour private charter for 10 people and it was the best catamaran excusion we've had. The weather, crew, drinks, food, music and views were fantastic! A HUGE thank you to Lennox, Charles and Pete for everything they did to make it an amazing, enjoyable, and memorable day 🌞

We stayed in St. Kitts for a week and didn't get around to booking a catamaran tour until most of them were sold out. Luckily, Leeward Islands Charters had a private catamaran available for our party of 10 and we were SO glad that all the other cruises were sold out. This was by far the best catamaran excursion we have ever done! The sailboat (Caona) was beautiful, the drinks were great, the views were outstanding, and the crew (Lennox, Pete, and Charles) were absolutely fabulous! The lunch on the beach in Nevis was great as well. This was one of the highlights of our trip and we didn't want the day to end. I would absolutely do thus exact same tour again if we visit St. Kitts again!

This was a wonderful excursion. The hosts went out of their way to make our day exactly what we wanted. We wanted to put together a special tour for our friends and they handled all of the details. The snoreling was great and everyone raved about the cole slaw.

We took a sunset sail this past week; despite a pretty cloudy/windy day; we had a great time; the crew are super fun and the 2 hour sail was perfect to see the island from the water.

How many people do they take on the boat on the full day sail & snorkel to Nevis? Is it packed with a lot of people?

We had a small group, but the gentleman said when cruise ships are in port the boat can have 60-80 people on board. They require 14 as a minimum.

We are looking to book the day trip with Leeward Island Charters in St Kitts, our only reservation is that 2 of our group are non swimmers and they are concerned that they will not be able to get off the Catamaran in Nevis for the BBQ lunch. Could anybody please advise if you have to swim ashore or if you can walk off the catamaran onto either the beach or a jetty?

We are coming to St Kitts in September is it best to pre book the evening cruise with bar b que or can we do it once we arrive, we are there for 2 weeks

Hello, Thank you for your question. September is a quieter month and the length of time you are here gives you flexibility - you can wait until you get here. However, if you email us and let us know your dates we can advise other persons interested in the same tour during that period so that the minimum can be met to operate the tour.

What is the cost per person for four adult St. Kitts residents on the full day, lunch at Nevis tour.
Is there enough time at Nevis after the lunch to make a quick tour of the Adm. Nelson museum?

It would be best to do a separate island tour to Nevis as our tour really allows for time to enjoy lunch and beach time.

Can I book this excursion with anyone else other than cruise ship(they tend to be costly), Most of the ones im looking at Leeward and Welcome Tours have me getting back like 430 and ship leaves at 5 cutting it too close for my liking? Anyone have any suggestions?

A couple were on the tour with us and made it back for their ship. The crew seems to be very conscience of the time to accommodate the cruisers. Be sure to state your time needs when you book it. The sites, trip, staff service, and snorkling were fantastic. It is worth the effort.

Is this excursion currently being offered through Norwegian Cruise Line?

Hi Shanivy,
No your excursions are not offer through Norwegian Cruise Line. But If the ship is in St. Kitts a day we are offering opens sails whether Full day or Half Day. We try to accommodate other guest from other cruise line by offering an earlier tour so they will be able to be back in time for their ships.
