I got PADI certified with Kenneth’s Dive Center and I could not have asked for a better experience. My instructor, Vajai, was so knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I am prepared for any situation that could happen underwater. Kenneth’s also knows all the best dive spots so you’ll be sure to see something special on every dive. I 100% recommend!

Great dive instructor and leader for people just learning to dive, and dive experts. Super knowledgeable about the reefs and spots he took us to dive in. Highly recommend for divers of all ages and experiences.

Veja & his team are World-class! From preplanning to the last step onto shore, they think of everything. Their care and attention to detail create memories that will last a lifetime. We are SO grateful we chose them as our guides. Can’t wait to return!!!

BEST DIVE BOAT EVER! Bathroom, dry closet, large deck, seating separate from the tank/kit holders… I had 5 Discover Scuba Divers with me and had to tell them “listen- if you try diving again don’t expect this!”
The service was top notch—Vajai, Ty, and Kish made my students/kiddos (21-23 year old kiddos) totally comfortable in the water. We were in St. Kitts for a class via Centenary College of Louisiana. I enjoyed the day diving with my DSD’s so much I went on a night dive later in the week as well. The colors, sea life, and coral formations were stunning.
10/10 recommend this shop. It was a great experience!

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this was a terrible experience and made us feel unsafe. I went with my three siblings and my brother's fiancée. The only reason I'm not giving this one star is because my younger sister (a first-time diver) and eldest brother (an experienced, certified diver) enjoyed their scuba dives with Mike and the dive master, respectively. They found them knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. My other brother, his fiancée, and I had a horrible experience - almost entirely due to the boat driver (Tish or something like that), who was aggressive, condescending, rude, and abrasive to everyone throughout the trip.
It started when the scuba tank was too heavy for my sister to walk, and the driver just laughed at her shaking legs instead of helping her. She was near tears. Then my second brother didn't hear them say to hold his mask on when he jumped in, so it came off and flooded him with water. It was his first scuba attempt, so he panicked and had get back in the boat to calm down. Although Mike and the dive master offered to let him try again at the second dive spot, no one ever offered to take things more slowly or help him ease into it, so he didn't feel comfortable trying again. But they still charged him the full $180 for his 30-second attempt instead of $40 for snorkeling.
My brother's fiancée and I only snorkeled because we both get claustrophobic with masks on. After putting antifog in our masks, the driver told us to rinse them out. My brother's fiancée also dabbed at her mask with a towel to make sure the soap was gone, and the driver yelled at her, even though he'd never told her not to do that. Then when she went to jump in, he pushed her off the boat before she was ready, startling her.
I specifically told him not to push me off because I‘m very claustrophobic and would panic. I wanted to go down the ladder to ease in, but he refused because I was wearing flippers. I wanted to take them off and put them on in the water, but he refused. I wanted a life jacket, but he told me not to touch them. He finally said I could go off the back of the boat, which was a little lower. But when I stepped down onto the edge, he shoved me off hard before I was ready. Water went in my mask, and I had a full panic attack in the water. I couldn't breathe, and he just laughed, but I felt like I was drowning. I called out that I needed a life jacket, and he finally tossed me the life preserver ring and said he hadn't known I would be such a baby.
I ended up snorkeling with the life ring. The snorkeling was okay. Maybe it's better if they take out only snorkelers, but the focus of the spots that day was definitely for the divers. They saw much more and really enjoyed it. The boat wreck was kind of cool to see, but there were only a few varieties of fish in the area.
The driver continued to bully us. He told my brother's fiancée that I was a pain the ass, yelled at her and my brother when they swam near some rocks the dive master had told them they could swim to, and yelled at me when I wanted to get back in the boat instead of listening to him mansplain about seawater. He eventually made me cry with his non-stop bullying, and then apologized very insincerely. He seems to have serious control issues - especially with women.
To compare, we did another snorkeling trip with a different company, and they gave us pool noodles from the start, let us go down the ladder into the water, and were patient and kind. The couple who took us know this company’s owner, Kenneth, and said he's much more chill and relaxed. So maybe if you go with Kenneth, or at least don't go with the driver we had, you'd have a better experience.
TL;DR: If you're an experienced diver or have no anxiety, you might be just fine with this group. But if you have anyone with claustrophobia or who needs to use a flotation device while snorkeling or who might need extra time and attention to learn to dive, I cannot recommend this place. It did not feel like a safe or fun experience.

Big shout out to the crew from Kenneth Dive. My wife and I were very impressed with the service and knowledge of the dive sights and sea life. Their attention to detail was exceptional above and below the water. I would highly recommend Kenneth Dive and would definitely use them again

My husband and I had never scuba dived and wanted to try discover scuba diving on a recent trip to St. Kitts. I reached out to Kenneth Diving Center and received a prompt response with dates they could make work for us.
When we arrived at the marina, we were greeted by Keshaun, who was the captain of the dive boat. Keshaun was professional, helpful, and entertaining the entire trip.
We also met Mike the Dive Master and Tyre the Dive Master in training who were both OUTSTANDING professionals. En route to our first dive location, we received clear and concise instructions and a plan for our morning from Mike, which I really appreciated because I was pretty nervous.
Once we arrived and got our gear on along with more instructions, we each got into the water, completed a few tests to ensure we were ready for our dive, and we were on our way.
Both Mike and Tyre were extremely patient and helpful throughout both of our dives. I felt comfortable and at ease. My husband and I plan on getting certified now because of such a wonderful first experience and if we find ourselves back on St. Kitt, we will return. Thank you, Kenneth Diving Center!

My wife and I went out with a dive master and the captain of the boat. I went for an almost an hour long dive in 35 feet of water over a wreck. I had not been in the water for a couple of years. A great way to be reintroduced to diving. After the dive the captain took us to a shallow area so my wife could snorkel. They went above and beyond what they were paid to do. We had a great experience. You will too.

Never have I ever done scuba!! The crew was so exceptional!! I’m so glad that the other place had no availability because I can’t imagine having a ‘Discover Scuba’ experience with any other team!
Thankyou so much to Vaji, Keshaun, & our instructor Mike!!! Passionate divers who felt like family by the time our venture came to a close. They set the bar for REAL service with heart and personable trust along with absolute safety, organization and knowledge. Love you guys!!!

Is this shop still operating? I booked a tour in December but have gotten no response to my emails asking for confirmation before my trip next week. Facebook page gives a pop-up directing me to another shop. They said he has retired, but I am reading reviews from 3 weeks ago - sudden retirement? no notice to confirmed customers?

I personally contacted Kenneth Samuel, the owner of Kenneth's Dive Center. He assured me that they are open for business as usual and taking reservations. Please try to contact Kenneth again using his email address, I always get an answer within 24 hours
How close is the Dive center to the cruise ship pier. (is it walking distance?)

Hi, it's just next to the cruise ship pier. Walking distance. There's no news to go to the dive shop. You van meet then at the boat.

Hi, We are a family of 4. My husband and I are experienced but it has been about 6 years since our last dive. Our daughter has a jr cert and hasn't been diving in about 8 years and doesn't remember much. Her boyfriend has never been diving. Do you do an intro to scuba class? Do you have a pool or do you go to a shallow spot to cover the basics? We'd like to do a dive together. We will be in St. Kitts, staying at the Marriott, Aug 16-22. Please let me know if you can accommodate our group.

My wife and I will be visiting St Kitts in October this year with Royal Caribbeans Cruise line. Is there anything near the Cruise docks to do, besides scuba diving? Is there beaches within walking distance to just hang out and enjoy a good fresh seafood lunch or just chill on the beach and maybe do some snorkeling? Our son and daughter-in-law went there recently and they have told us that St Kitts is just a good place to stay on the Cruise Ship,...nothjing intereting or exciting or fun do to there. Can you give me any advise other than scuba diving???
