I am working on a ship company and our ships always docks here, Me and my bf went inside of the casino just to withdraw money since casino has the only near ATM machine dispense USD. while passing by for fun we played. On 1 machine we won 3 time first $50.43 2nd $57 & 3rd $78, we keep on playing then suddenly there is a full screen of tiger (As you will see on the picture) and at the top we should get $378 but there is a technical error because it didn't add up the $378 just ONLY $20. Now we called the technician explaining what happened.
The technician advise us we didn't get the $378 just because it's only showing on the screen "You may get a chance to win"we should get only 50% then I said how come 50% the winning money showing its $378 we are there that only got a chance, this is already our chance we won already.($20 is not even a half of $378)
We spoke to the manager at that time the lady. She said to "THIS GIRL DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT OUR TECHNICIAN SAYING BECAUSE OF HER ACCENT" by that sentence I stood up and telling her "because of my accent I can understand english Fluently and I can speak english Fluently, your technician didn't know how to explain the machine properly"
They are very RUDE & RACIST, YES RACIST!!! just because I am Asian they are telling to us we can't understand what they're saying, They didn't even listen to our explanation I am not after the money anymore that's why we are there basically casino is win or lose its a luck, you spend and spend money for you to win sometimes you didn't have any take home money.
They don't have any etiquette, good customer service and most specially they will not listen from what your saying.
For all CASINO players that will go on this country I wouldn't recommend this place they are not very helpful. They don't help if you are different nationality most SPECIALLY ASIANS AND WHITE PEOPLE.
I AM LOOKING FORWARD THAT THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND HIRE SOME NICE EMPLOYEES WITH BRAINS.

They still insisting we shouldn't get the money hence we left and they didn't give us the money that we should get. Karma is everywhere hope they will be on that situation very soon.

when returning to the cruise ship you have to pass this casino. We decided to stop in and make a donation.They had some new and interesting slot machines and they played loose.

Very handy spot just off your ship dock (turn right after port gates) for a cheap beer US$1 and excellent free wi-fi. The area outside has limited seating but it is pleasant enough and lively. We only looked inside the gaming area, it was air conditioned.

This is located right at the dock entrance and its main feature is the gathering spot for every island tour and taxi company. No need to pay ship's inflated tour prices. Twnety dollars is the standard two hour island tour rate.

I typically enjoy trying local dives and bars when I travel. The reviews I had read previously really inspired me to seek this place out. However, when I got there, the people who worked at the place seemed less than interested in helpful in filling your beverage order. In fact, they acted like you were more of an inconvenience than a customer. They also charged more than the advertised price for the beverages. Wi-fi worked which was helpful. Very poor treatment of customers for a place that relies mainly on tourists for their livelihood.

Super cheap beer, free wi-fi, and fun slots. What more could one ask for :)
You have to get a "Card" to play the slots and then present the card to the cashier to receive your money remaining on the card. Needless to say, I win every time I play here. As always, enjoy life, live, love, eat, drink, and have fun!! :)

They have a little bar on the outside of the building that offered .99 Carib's. There were some tables and the little bar had about 10 barstools and was a nice way to end the day before heading back to the ship and the $6 beers.

This small casino located right near the cruise ship dock has an outdoor bar area that has just what you need...free wifi, $1 bottles of beer, places to sit in the shade, and fast service. The casino isn't very big or fancy, but there are clean restrooms inside. This is the perfect place for some quick refreshments and a wifi connection if you're visiting via a cruise ship (and you're not paying the super high prices for cruise ship internet service)...

After getting off our cruise ship, we were browsing through some of the shop when my wife needed to use a bathroom. I looked around and saw the casino, so off we headed. While she was using the facility, I sat down at a penny slot machine and put in 20 bucks. I hit a free spin three times for a total of 36 free spins. By now, wife was back so I cashed out 56 bucks ahead. Had to get one of the attendants to help, as they put your winnings on a card and you take the card to the cashier. Was clean inside. I liked it.
