The experience was amazing! Alexis was very informative before and during our escape room. Would definitely recommend this place whether you live in Atlanta or are just visiting.

We loved this escape room, it was a fun room to do with just the two of us. Alexis was our guide and was so nice and welcoming. She even gave us recommendations for other things to do in Atlanta during our trip! Thanks!

Saving Christmas was amazing! It was definitely a fun time with our family! Alexis was a great help through out the game.

It was hard to find the entrance and the staff was absolutely no help. In fact, the guy I talked to on the phone was actively working against us. Our group had walked all around the block in the rain looking for the street number or a sign for the business. Zip. So I call and describe exactly where we were and he just couldn't bring himself to give me a straight answer. It turns out we were at the right building at an entrance that is close to the business. But we still had to walk around again the got to the one door he was willing to allow us to enter. So we finally get in and after all the forms and instructions we entered the escape room. It went fine from there, so that part of the story is OK. But it's an expensive place so I expected more. Yeah, they have a map online, easy enough to use if you're not wandering around in the rain looking at your phone while avoiding the neighborhood bad guys.

First John, we would like to thank you for being our guest. We're ecstatic your group enjoyed the time in the escape room.
However, there are several points that we would be remiss not to provide clarification for.
Our phone records indicate that there was a misunderstanding as to the directions our staff member was attempting to provide you. The specific entrance to the Peachtree Center Hub that the gentleman you spoke to indicated, the one we guide all of our guests to, is the entrance closest to the Metro Diner & Bar. It appears that in the confusion of the search, the "Metro" of "Metro Diner & Bar" was confused for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority train station entrance, as that is across the street from Ray's In The City. Phone record of the conversation show that at that point in the search you had indicated you were also across the street from. This is an uncommon occurrence, but the confusion of the two does happen on occasion.
Additionally, it is misleading to suggest that our staff member was unwilling to let you enter through the door you initially attempted. The reason we attempted to reroute you to the above mentioned entrance nearest to Metro Diner & Bar is because that is the only door our staff is authorized by Peachtree Center Security to open. We can assure you that willful denial of entry was never a factor in the situation.
Lastly, putting aside the potential insensitivity of the term "neighborhood bad guys," we hope that this recollection of events, and our subsequent elucidations of some of the more obfuscated points, doesn't paint our business or the Peachtree Center at large in a negative light, both for yourself, and for any future guests.

My teen kids and I decided to try the Christmas room on a whim this evening, and I’m so glad we did! I mean, it’s May, so why not do a Christmas-themed activity, right? It was so much fun. This was our first time at this location, and Lou was an awesome host!
