I booked a bus transfer from Orlando (Walt Disney Area) to Miami South Beach for 11th Sept. through Gotobus. However, due to Hurricane Dorian we weren't sure if were going to come to Florida at all, so I called Gotobus and Super Tours to ask for refund stating the exceptional circumstances, but they both blamed each other and said no refund is available at all. When hurricane Dorian went past, we arrived in Orlando, but we decided not to go to Miami on the 11th as planned. Instead, we wanted to change our booking to 14th from a hotel near Universal to Miami Airport. We asked someone from Visit Orlando Information centre to call them to change it. They agreed to change the date and drop off point for another $15 extra, but totally refused to change the pick up point.
This morning we got an Uber and the address they gave us took us to Animal Kingdom car park. The Uber driver called the bus company, only to be told we were supposed to at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. By the time we arrived at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, our Uber charge had doubled and we only had 10 minutes to pick up time.
Did he (Giovanni) come on time? No... I got someone from the resort to call them again and the lady I spoke to told me that the driver got lost, as the address was wrong. Then she asked me to tell her the address!!! This is their normal pick up point apparently, but he still managed to get lost.
When he finally came half an hour later than the time we were told, he wasn't apologetic, he was rude, he didn't help us with the bags either. They have a rule of no drinks or food in the minivan, which I understand, but he was very rude explaining that too.
We then found out his second pick point was just 4 minutes drive away from the hotel we stayed in near Universal. They could have easily changed it for us but didn't.
The whole 4hrs 30min drive, he had head phones in and was on the phone all the time. He was driving with one hand while holding the mic to talk. We felt really unsafe the whole time. The only reason I'm giving one star is that , without that I can't post the review. Please don't choose this company.

I ultimately decided to book our one way trip (from a Walt Disney World Resort to Miami) with Super Tours of Orlando because it said on their website that their coaches had free wifi and ‘movies on board’. However, we boarded the bus to find out, confirmed by our driver, that there was no wifi or movies. Very misleading!
Additionally, there seemed to be communication confusions between the bus driver and the passengers. Passengers (English and non-English speaking alike) were unclear if the stops the bus driver made was indeed their stop/departure point.
Furthermore, the bus was humid and muggy. Passengers also weren’t listening to audio with headphones - the company needs to begin each coach ride with some ‘rules and guidelines’, eg. wearing headphones to ensure the comfort of all passengers.
Would not recommend riding with this company, they’re not worth the money.

Não tenho o que reclamar dessa empresa. Pois ao contrário dos comentários que li aqui, foi totalmente o inverso.
O transfer foi feito em uma Van de 12 lugares, com ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, televisão com filme, motorista atencioso e super cuidadoso e assentos confortáveis.
Paguei um valor abaixo da média comparando com outras empresas (americanas) que estávamos cobrando acima de 30 dólares e com direito somente a uma mala, se tivesse mais teria que pagar.
Paguei nesse transfer o valor de $25,00 e onde faz somente uma parada no plaza (turnpike).
Resumindo: experiência ótima e custo/benefício também.
O transfer foi feito em uma Van de 12 lugares, com ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, televisão com filme, motorista atencioso e super cuidadoso e assentos confortáveis.
